Who's Stoppin' InRagsdale High Football
It's a busy Sunday night at the Calabash Creamery during Labor Day weekend. Within the long line of people waiting to be served their delicious ice cream, a couple struck up a friendly conversation with a group of Ragsdale High School football team from Jamestown, NC. While talking to them, David and Lori learned that the team is 3-0 so far this season. After talking to them for a few minutes, Dave and Lori thought it would be nice to treat the team members to the Kitchen Sink Sundae, a colossal treat consisting of fifteen scoops of ice cream, six toppings, whip cream, and cherries. The football players were amazed by the generosity of a total stranger. Hopefully they will continue to work hard and maintain the success they have had so far this season. This story is a pleasant reminder of what Kind Hearted people can do. We wish the Football team the best of luck, and Dave & Lori, Thank you for being so kind, your an inspiration to us all!

Stopped in Yesterday on our way home to Hope Mills, NC and as usual the ice cream was Awesome...We had a new member of our family for his first trip to the beach, Rocky, our dog and he really enjoyed it. Thanks for providing such a great atmosphere and the BEST Ice Cream in the World...Can't wait to come back for more....We occassionally drive the 1.5 hours to get ice cream, see the ocean and come back home...haha
